How can reinstall an antivirus program after getting your hardware wiped out?

I am getting my computer wiped for improvements but they said to put all the stuff you from your computer to a usb stick. The antivirus programs, Sophos and Clean Access Agent, are paid programs. Is there anyway to keep the programs with buying them again?
